Group Therapy

Supportive Group Settings Fostering Shared Experiences and Collective Growth, Addressing Various Challenges.
Feel like you’re alone? Need a sense of community?
Group therapy is a therapeutic approach that involves a small group of individuals meeting regularly to explore shared concerns, receive support, and work towards common goals under the guidance of a trained therapist. It provides a supportive and confidential environment for participants to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges.

At BSTC, we offer group therapy sessions focused on addressing various issues, including:
Communication styles: group members can explore and improve their communication skills within the supportive environment of the group. Through structured exercises, role-playing, and feedback, participants learn to express themselves more effectively, listen actively, and navigate interpersonal interactions with greater confidence.
Relationship patterns: participants in the group have the chance to examine their relationship patterns and dynamics, both past and present. By sharing experiences, insights, and feedback with each other, group members gain a deeper understanding of their relational patterns and explore healthier ways of relating to others.
Community support: group therapy fosters a sense of community and belonging among participants. Group members offer each other empathy, validation, and encouragement, creating a supportive network where individuals can feel understood and accepted.
Through structured sessions lasting 60 minutes, our therapy group of women provides a safe and empowering space for participants to address communication styles, relationship patterns, community, and more. Led by a skilled therapist, the group offers a combination of psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and group discussions to facilitate personal growth and positive change.
Whether you're seeking support, personal growth, or connection with others, group therapy offers a valuable opportunity for healing and transformation within a supportive community of peers.
